We are excited to share that our project, NewroView, has been awarded an outreach grant by IndiaBioscience! This initiative will develop a digital platform featuring tactile and multisensory resources to teach neuroscience concepts to blind and low vision learners. By addressing the critical lack of accessible educational materials, NewroView seeks to make neuroscience inclusive and engaging for everyone.

As part of the "MBBSlab Dialogues" series, Dr. Arnab Barik presented an insightful and interestig talk titled "Pain & Itch: The Good, the Bad, & the Ugly." The session explored the complex neurobiological mechanisms behind pain (and itch) perception, sparking engaging discussions among attendees.
We are happy to announce that Arijit has been selected for the Oxford Clinical Neuroimaging (OxCIN) Global Scholar Program! Over the next year, he will collaborate with the Oxford neuroimaging community, and help strengthen research ties between Ashoka University and Oxford in the field of neuroimaging.

MBBSlab, in collaboration with other researchers at Ashoka University and NBRC, co-organized the Regional Young Investigators’ Meeting (YIM) Delhi-NCR 2025, held from March 19–21, 2025. The event offered a dynamic platform for early-career scientists to share their work and engage with mentors across disciplines.

We hosted the inaugural Brain Network Dynamics Meeting (BraiNDy) at Ashoka University on December 14–15, 2024, with a pre-conference tutorial on December 13. The meeting brought together researchers from across India and beyond for engaging discussions on the future of brain network science.

Soibam's first-authored paper, "High Segregation and Diminished Global Integration in Large-Scale Brain Functional Networks Enhances the Perceptual Binding of Cross-Modal Stimuli," has been accepted by a journal. This work is a collaboration with the Cognitive Brain Dynamics Lab at NBRC.

The Mind-Brain-Body-Society Lab, Ashoka University has established a research collaboration with the Cognitive Neurology Lab, National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences. Both the labs will be working together to explore different cognitive and computational aspects of dementia and related disorders.
Dr. Dipanjan Ray, principle investigator of Mind-Brain-Body-Society Lab, Ashoka University in collaboration with NBRC has received the "Regional Young Investigators Meeting Grant 2024-2025" from the IndiaBioscience to organize young investigators meet 2024-25 in North India.
